I had no idea Genesis coupe was even a car until I was just surfing the web on dealer sites late 2022. It was cheap ish low miles but man did I learn so much from buying this car. Feel like I learn something new all the time when I drive my bk2. The fact that it’s parabolica blue was amazing too, didn’t know how rare it was till I bought it

Another solid video from you. I've always been fond of the Genny Coupe body style. I personally think the nose of the BK1 is more attractive than the BK2, but that's my opinion. I also live in Kansas and bought a Genny Coupe about 4 months ago and it might be more clapped out than yours. The dash has more lights on it than a Christmas tree. It's a 2010 3.8 Base with a 6 speed. But I do really like the car. I was actually looking for a Chrysler Crossfire with a 6 speed (I use to own one and regret getting rid of it), but I stumbled upon the Genny. The whole purpose of buying her was that I just finished my first full season in Autocross in my 2001 Ford Mustang GT and wanted something nimbler. Keep up your solid content and was wondering if you've ever tried Autocross.

Genesis is a cool looking car, the main problem I see is the engines. The 2.0T is the least reliable and the 3.8 is reliable depending on previous owners maintenance

I’ve beat on my FBO bk1 2.0t literally everyday for the last 3 years on the original motor 125k miles and I am on my 3rd turbo tho ngl lmao, but I’ve never had any crazy issues besides a coolant leak. But yea as long as u do the maintenance all of the cars are great, I say the owners are the downfall of these cars. Im very on top of all my maintenance and me being able to launch the car almost every drive and then taking a 35 mile drive everyday… idk I think that speaks for itself 🙌🏻🙌🏻
