Basically all the NPCs you see on the map are the quests you can do right now, you have to go to them and accept and complete a gold quest from them in order to unlock their specific quest line by them for Xp

BTW team rumble and solos, duos, squads have different quests than each other. How it works? If you picked up a challenge from a character in team rumble you won't find that challenge on your quest list on solos, duos, squads. Which is sooo *FRUSTRATING* because some of those challenges are impossible in team rumble
