Thank you so much! After moving to the US, I believe that my English will get better and better. Learning a foreign language is not just about reading and writing, it also helps me understand the culture of that country. If I have the chance, I also want to learn another language. Study, study more, study forever😀

Thank you very much! I am very happy to come to America. This is where my husband was born and his family is living here. I am very happy to have met them. I also miss my family in Vietnam very much (just like Cruise lives in Vietnam but misses his family in America very much). I have a new life, have many things to learn and experience. These are valuable experiences in my life. Thank you for always following and supporting me. Wishing you and your family a happy Thanksgiving and Christmas!

I remember when I moved to America about 30 years ago, to attend university. It was to a town in the Midwest, that looked very much like this one (same style of house and shopping malls). The things that I noticed were many of the things you mention. Shopping, even how people dress, what they eat, even the expressions they use ("Uh-huh") and how everyone has a car. It is quite different. "Save more on big packs," Thuong-san" Let's go!

Your English is so much more confident Thuong. What did you think of the heavy duty ebike that you filmed at 4:40 onwards?
@vietnamtravelguide253727 күн бұрын
Thank you! Cruise and I talked about it when we saw it. The weather has been getting colder lately so I haven't seen many people riding bikes. We also have ebikes and I'm looking forward to my upcoming rides. Michigan has a lot of e-bike friendly routes.

@vietnamtravelguide253726 күн бұрын
Yes, the first time I saw snow was in Nagoya, Japan. In the video, it was the first time I saw it in Michigan, USA. Cruise said that there was a lot of snow in Michigan. I was both excited and nervous. Nervous because I was afraid I was not used to such cold weather.

The idea of not being allowed to return goods in Vietnam sounds pretty fraudulent to me ! I noticed a single brave cyclist on the road, which is rather concerning. No wonder there is such an obesity crisis in the US, if people do not get a chance or prefer not to exercise and just sit in their car to buy and bring back large quantities of mostly processed foods to consume at home. Hopefully, you know better than that Thuong ! ❤
@vietnamtravelguide253726 күн бұрын
Not being allowed to return goods in Vietnam is not entirely true. If you buy at supermarkets or large stores, even if you show them the invoice, you still cannot return the goods (only some products are damaged by the manufacturer or expired...), not everything can be returned like in the US. If you order online and they deliver to your home, you can check the goods before receiving them, if you are not satisfied and want to return the goods, you have to pay the shipping fee. That is what is happening in Vietnam. Thank you for your comment. We all understand that so we will eat healthy, exercise hard to avoid obesity.
