Ownership Experience after two months: There is NO performance throttling as such, at least in my unit. Even after speeds of 135+ with a pillion, going on ballistic mode for around 15-20kms I could manage to heat it up to its mid ranges (Orange on the battery temp. indicator, which cooled down in a matter of seconds as soon as I stopped pushing it). The bike isn’t perfect, I won’t say that, but mostly improvements are needed on software (Nothing a good old OTA update can’t fix). You’re welcome to take it for a spin if you visit Bangalore sometime. :)

I agree, I am a EV fan boy too, but at the end of the day, belonging to a middle class family and having so many financial commitments already, when it comes to purchasing something we desire, we have to do a "value for money" check. I am someone who does not ride too much and go to my office by public transport, as I live in Mumbai. Trains are cheapest and the fastest mode of transport. I was craving for a Tork Kratos, but 2L is out of my reach. So I was settling for a city commuter like TVS Iqube S, but even that seems expensive. Right now I am settling for the old ICE scooter of my fiancee. But even if I would like to purchase an EV, I am scared of paying too much and settling for a first gen product full of glitches. The hybrid models offered by Yamaha are very enticing, given the reliability, pocket friendliness and quality they offer i.e. "value for money" Before hating me for considering an ICE, please consider the quality of offerings and the price tags that OEMs are giving the Indian consumers.

Your story is our story too, we waited for EV, but now planning to buy a Petrol one, since Indian manufacturers are looting with low quality battery (poor low grade cells used with low quality BMS) which is getting self discharged, self discharging means more charge cycle needed, will result less life of battery and more Electricity Bills, Vida V1 pro even disabling the battery after 14000/38 = 368 times charge cycle. so if need to buy battery frequently, it will be much costly compared to Petrol ones. on top of this, Spare parts price kept for the same used in Petrol ones by the companies are 3 or 4 times, so actually These EV manufacturers are just looting us

Would recommend u goin for ather 450x (base model) which is goin to be launched in next october. ....base model becoz now the plans have become paid so if u buy the pro model after 1 or 3 years u ll have to start paying for the subscription so it doesn't make sense to pay extra for the feature than again pay for the subscriptions. ...the base model is quite cheap in comparison with the pro model and u get same ergonomics with it so its a win win

Bro , there is one more ev bike other than f77 which is a super ev bike and the bike name is energica eva . This ev bike top speed is 130 and it's range is 260 which is an IDC range . This bike cost almost 30lakh in Indian onroad price . From my perspective, this is an amazing work done by the ultra viomet members.

i was also very much die heart fan,,,, but when i pratically calculated every thing 1- its in price bracket of super bike premium but its not. 2- who ever going to spend 4+ lacs ,,, doesn't care about fuel ⛽ savings he is probably bikers/rider ,,, he needs endless performance, premium quality, etc. 3- their are many awesome bikes under 2 lac same performance & think how much you can Hassel free travel with rest of money for many years. 4- according to me it or any other coming bike should not be above 3 lac.

Same. Performance of a duke 200, price didn't justify. For me the more important was 250km real world range for weekend biking with my ice friends. Real range of 160kms and in that the last 30kms being in limited performance mode just completely changed my mind

Iska simple ans deta hu ... HAR company me ev me dikkat ati h becoz Ev are intial stage. Aisi koi company nhi h jiski ev 100% ok ho koi dikkat aa ti ho chahe wo ather ho ola Bajaj ho tvs ho . Reason ola jyda isliye dikhta h kyuki ola ki sales jyda h .. Example se btau to agar sab ev company ki agar 10% ratio h scooter me probelm aane ka to Bajaj sells 2000 unit - 200 problem Ola sells 20000 unit - 2000 problem .. Isliye ola ki probelm jyda dikhti h auro ke mukable . Halaki baaki companies pe jyda experience h problem ko handle karne ka isliye wo jaldi karte h aur ola ek to new h dusra inpe complaint bahut jyda ati h ( by number )... I hope it clears
