Guuurrl, you did the right thing by taking that trim. I see from your video shorts that you get to play around with your hair more. I get it. Sometimes you just need a refresh. Everyone I do a major cut I regret it at first and then when I see my hair thriving I celebrate doing it🎉🎉

I agree on cutting hair if you need to because my hair was upper calf length, and it was a struggle. The first time I cut my hair back to waist length was because I like to henna my hair, and I got a back tangle from mixing henna with conditioner. I will never do that again. The second time was because I had some scalp issues, which later I learned was from doing conditioner washes. I am now back to washing my hair every couple of weeks, but I am using Selsun Blue Naturals. I find for my hair and scalp type that I benefit from doing a clarifying shampoo because I use a lot of conditioner and oils to detangle my hair, and I like to clean my scalp every two weeks or so. Also, my hair grew back fast, and I think started growing faster as the cut and the change to clarifying shampoos.

Uma pessoa com um crescimento de cabelo tão rápido, não tem motivo nenhum para se arrepender de cortar até na nuca se quiser. Cresce mt rápido. Eu tenho dificuldade de aparecer tamanho porque é cacheado e desde de 12 anos corto. Nunca fiquei sem cortar por 2 anos seguidos. O máximo que vai é abaixo do sutiã. Agora resolvi deixar crescer, mas tá demorando. Cortei em 2022 e já aparei as pontas...tô me segurando...mas demora de ficar grande

I was also going through this, right after the vacation, my hair was crazy it kept on matting and got thin. I got four inches cut off from being waist length, it back to waist length and doing much better 😊

My hair has gotten very thin over the last several years after having kids and believe the issue is intermal. I tried so many different hair products and remedies... then I went to a dermatologist that specializes in hair. He said my thyroid got stuggish after my baby and to take iron and vitamin D and was going to recommend a perscription. That helped some but not permanately (doctors are in the business to get returning customers and not to cure). So I started doing research and seen a vaccine they were pushing for the whooping cough during pregancy along with the synthethic hormones when given in the iv during child birth and flu shot they recommended, etc could caused hair loss by putting heavy metals in the body and knocking our hormonal balance off along with other things that can cause hair loss along with other health problems. I seen this in early 2022 then shortly after found out I was pregnant again and couldn't detox and still breast feeding so I couldn't, but will soon as I.have an opportunity. Eating and drinking sprouted fenugreek seed.has helped Curly Hair Crisis. And using natual herbs in the hair to wash and moisturize is what women in Chad African have used for centuries and they have health flourishing hair...while we are using all these products with ingredients that can cause negative side affects they are going natural and whipping up herbs and spices with no chemical like ambunu to grow thriving hair.

I read Olaplex helps to prevent and repair the bonds before the hair has split ends. I don’t think it can reverse the split ends that are already there. But I could be wrong. I’ll have to use a bond builder now though it’ll probably help my curls😃

Yeah girl you did say it would get caught in the door so that could of been another reason for hair missing but maybe trying more of box braids styles would keep it strong from that situation and maybe adding color to the braids with braiding hair would keep you more amused because it gets boring just having the same hair color sometimes but yeah lmk when you want me to braid your hair 😄🤘💓💓
