I was ex banker. (Scale 2 manager). Now AAO. My observation is people in bank are not satisfied in general. Many are suffering from Anxiety,BP,Depression etc. Some even committed suicide due to excessive pressure and targets. But in AAO, people are happy and peaceful in general. They have lot of time for themselves and for family.

@@amanahmad7485 if you want money and create wealth in long run go with bank job. But be prepared to work hard. Have a positive mindset irrespective of whatever you see from day 1 itself. For a relaxed life with a middle class amenities and limited money go with SSC CGL. I cracked ssc as I prepared so hard along with my job. Now I got what I want but health turned out as a mess. So don't do this mistake. Be clear with what you want. All the best 😊

But be prepared to work very hard and have positive mindset from day 1 irrespective of whatever you come across. This mentality is a trap and I'm a victim 😅 i guess before committing to any exam we need to analyse the question pattern. Then we should choose our path according to our strength. Being an arts student I'm good at gk, but I used to be POOR at maths. I went for banking w/o thinking twice because each year banks release huge no. of vacancies. Then I went on failing lol. Last year i sat for cgl to test myself and i scored quite well as a newbie. This year I've shifted to cgl. Hopefully I'll crack this year 😅

@@Parveen-c7g I'd suggest you to first download and try to solve both the ssc and bank pre paper. For bank you'll need DEEPER understanding of arithmetic and you need to ace reasoning. And for ssc/rail you'll need basic understanding of arithmetic along with advanced math(syllabus is quite bulky here but questions are easier) and gk is must in this case. There is enough time for both the exams I hope you work hard and get a job ASAP! All the best

Iam 28 years old. I worked in 3 private firms including one was Byjus. In my current organization, iam not at all feeling pressure due to my experience. But the freshers who are joining are complaining about work pressure and even resigning. In bank most of the people who join are freshers and they have no clue how a corporate works. And yes they do complain. Just try to get in to a job as fast as possible. I know people who tried SSC for 3-4 years and got depressed. You just need one year to clear bank exam.

Cut off level of banking exams is very low, but in CGL there is cut throat competition. It's tough to crack CGL and get a post like Inspector, ASO , AAO and even AEO and CBI. Power and prestige is far more in SSC CGL exams.

Watch smriti ma'am and Kapil Sir's video on that. They said that work pressure purely, solely, completely, entirely depends on the branch that you have been posted to. You can get a good branch where everyone is like a family or you can also get a branch where colleagues may not be that cooperative. You can get a branch where pressure is manageable and you can also get a branch where you'd have to sit till 9pm-9:30pm.

Selected in both SSC CGL and SBI JA. 1. Sir has given the gist of Syallabus only. 2.Work culture and Work life balance is missing in this video for which maximum students after getting selected in the bank start preparing for other exams like SSC. 3. If you can memorize things you must go for SSC CGL because once you get a job there your work life balance will be sorted . 4. If you can't memorize things go for banking. At least you will have a secure job but don't expect it as a Sarkari Naukri because you will be working like a corporate one. Targets, frequent transfers, excess working hours, public dealing and many more. Conclusion : If you are okay with the syllabus of SSC CGL and have time you must go for it otherwise you have no option but to opt for banking and just take it as a secure job with a handsome salary and perks (PO).

SSC ka syllabus zyada badha hai karne me zyada samay chahiye bank se. Bank me reasoning mushkil hai par ek baar arithmetic aur reasoning ho gyi to gk 3-4 mahine ka padhna hai. SSC me reasoning asaan gai par maths ka syllabus dugana hai trig, geometry, number system aur algebra bhi hai aur GS SSC ka had se zyada bekaar boht badha syllabus hai. Mushkil dono hi hai par bank ki taiyyari me thoda kam samay lagta hai SSC ka syllabus had se zyada badha hai GS ki vajah se to boht time lagta hai. Jese bank 6 mahine me araam se taiyyari ho sakti hai achhi SSC me GS hi akele mahine kha jayega.

Bank maths syllabus ssc se kam hai par questions level hard hote h banking me 45 min me 60 me se 10 15 le aao bohot hai, ENG reasoning dono to wese b ssc se tough hai. Current affairs b bohot deep rehta h banking ka. Normally bola jaaye to 1 bank PO chahe to bas advance maths padhlega aur static gk to araam se job nikal lega SSC ka. Isiliye b log SSC nikal lete h bank PO hoke work-life balance naa hone k bawajud.
