I was rejected by Warwick but accepted by UCL for computer science. I really wanna go to UCL though I would definitely need a scholarship as an International student

Hi I was just asking I’m in year 13 and I do Math Economics and Computer Science to do a Conputer Science degree at Warwick or Ucl or kings college. My prediction are A* A A* in that order and was wondering do I still have a chance of getting into a top Russell group even though I know economics isn’t the best fit and physics or fm was better?

not really because Economics is also maths related and require analytical skills to drive answers similar to physics but i don't think you are in a big disadvantage very slim

Hey I hope I can get your opinion on this soon. I decided to go for an adjustment for UCL's computer science programme. My current firm choice is Warwick and with what you said along with other pieces of knowledge I've gained from other sources, I kinda feel UCL might be better. I was rejected from UCL the first time when I tried to apply and they said they'll consider my application. I'm just trying to gather anything I can if they accept me so that I make a more solid decision. Thank you!

I would say if you're ok with self studying or are at all interested in doing a year abroad you should go for UCL. In my opinion the modules looked more interesting but that's just me, you should see what interests you. Ultimately I think UCL is still considered a more prestigious university both in the UK and abroad.
