Some resale also made 300-400k over past 3 years. So it’s not about buying new launch, but buying the right property at the right time

The $35k used in your analysis is not rent right? It’s the difference over 3 years between the 2 approaches (resale vs new launch) you described earlier. Would have appreciated a more honest apple-to-apple analysis.

The $35k is the difference between buy and rent that’s right, cus ultimately everyone needs a roof over their heads so to justify worth or not worth there must be a context. Maybe you can share what scenario would you rather I elaborate? Thanks for the feedback!
