I'd like to see a truck with a bed mounted supercharger, ran off the driveshaft or a hydraulic pump and motor. You might need a gearbox to control the RPMs/boost -and it would be be weird...but I've seen turbos in the back, so why not a blower?

Because that's dumb? Why would you do that? What would happen when you put it in reverse? Your blower is only going to turn as much as your drive shaft so you won't get the same speed as you would off the engine.. when you're in a low gear your rpms might be high but your driveshaft is spinning slow, when you're in a high gear your driveshaft might be spinning fast but your engine is not so you'd be pumping out boost when it's not needed. It's just a fucking stupid idea. Sorry bud, not trying to be mean.. your idea just sucks.

Rear mounted turbos are driven off of the exhaust still, doing a supercharger in the back wouldnt be efficient at all. You’d basically get nothing out of it until you get to high MPH ranges

@@KDlGG That is unless you put a gearbox or a torque converter type hydraulic motor to adjust rpm. It takes about 20-30hp to spin a supercharger up quick, which would be quite a draw off the driveshaft or crank driven hydraulic pump-and you would have a built in intercooler from all the tubing😆. Totally joking man, you make a great point.

Superchargers work off of the engine because the rpm of the engine directly correlates to how much boost the engine can use. Why in the absolute fuck would you add gear boxes and engines to do something that works far better with far less fuckery? Are you like 12? I remember being 12 and having stupid ass ideas..

Ceramic coating is kinda a gray area for wraps. If it degrades you need to compound it off and you risk damage on a vinyl. I would just just P&S bead maker on a wrap.
