They will absolutely leave you stuck like Chuck during Q4. Over a month for shipping mugs. If I could find someone else with Tumblers and Wine Cups (and an Amazon integration), I'd be OUTTA THERE! Oh and let's talk about the fact that they charge that 7% platform fee based on what YOU CHARGE for the item, not the base price. The more you sell an item for, the more you're going to pay Gearbubble to make it, even though their costs don't change at all. Make that make sense (I mean besides for GB's bottom line).

They are GREEDY
@violetgypsie3 жыл бұрын
Wow that is pretty scammy. It’s none of their business what you charge your customers for your products. I wouldn’t want a third party privy to my business information . They are a supplier, not an investor. Sounds like they need some competition.

Not only they will leave you stuck during Q4 or Father's day but they will lie. They will lie in the Facebook group and they will lie on the support. The items suddenly stop being fulfilled and no one will tell you anything. You contact the support they will give you a robotic answer - "I am sorry we will follow up with our production partner to expedite the order'' which is false they never expedite. Or you write on the Facebook group get a generic excuse or no answer and your post is deleted minutes later. This Q4 was handled poorly with zero communication. Orders from 13th December were said to be guaranteed to arrive on Christmas but all of my orders from Dec 4-6 were not shipping until Dec 29. I've had over 700 orders stuck and 65-70 conversations from customers every day for several weeks. Eventually, they started shipping and a lot of my customers received crooked, faded, wrong mugs. A lot of the orders in US were received after 2 months. It's a repeating pattern. They had the same shit happen in 2019 2018 during Xmas or Father's day and mugs were not the only product they are having issues with. I used to use Gearbubble for t-shirts because of the low cost but eventually ditched them because they wouldn't ship the t-shirts for 2 months and support was giving generic excuses. Also, shipping sucked, their t-shirt quality sucked and the price increased over the years and now there's a platform fee of 7% so it's probably cheaper to sell Bella Canvas 3001 from Printify instead. You get a better quality and faster shipping speed.

Hoodie options? Specifically I hate the hem ribbed banding- no banding would be so much better. The kangaroo pocket also not flattering. Why can’t I find a print on demand company that has an option to the banded kangaroo hoodie?
@blueelement43523 жыл бұрын
Hey I just checked the catalogue of Gooten, they have two options. California Wave Wash Hoodie in two colours, fit doesn't seem as snug but that's probably because there's no band on the waist, there's a band on the wrists, no kangaroo pocket. And they also have a cropped hoodie if you're into that ...

Also you mentioned, to cancel the printful and fulfil the order with Custom Cat which is very good way to start and i appreciate it a lot, but what is the reason for not fulfilting by printful? is is more expensive than Custom Cat ? I don't understand what are the monthly fees you are talking about. Great advice here Ryan! I'm using the Printful integration for my Amazon Seller Account. I'm having issues with Merch by Amazon unfortunately. I just recently got to Tier 100 and my last 15 uploads, 2 of them have been rejected. I'm honestly panicking at this point and I'm afraid to upload out of fear of getting more rejections on my account. I have done extensive TESS research and I'm using original graphics for these designs. I even took your upload advice from another video and I'm not getting cute with the title for bullets and I'm not putting anything in the description. Is there any advice you have to avoid this? I'm excited to upload my designs but I'm terrified of getting my account in bad standings.

Rejections are really scary but I think the "type" of rejection matters the most. Infringing on big brands gets your account closed very quickly. If you didn't do that, you are probably OK.

@@RyanHoguePassiveIncome Thanks Ryan!! I'm going to extra diligent going forward with my uploads to Merch. You're right, I was definitely not on any large brands (that's dumb and risky). I'm excited to fill up my slots and move on to the next tier!

Ya that’s why their base costs on products are lower, because they’re charging a monthly fee on top of it. Great if you are an experienced and successful seller already, but not at all doable for someone starting out. And if you are an experienced and successful seller you already have your suppliers in place. Sounds like they get most of their customers through selling a high cost course.
@renware20193 жыл бұрын
After the 7% platform fee, it isn't that low anymore. There are multiple suppliers who have lower prices, better quality, faster shipping. They indeed love pushing their high-cost courses. Back in the day, they were pushing the ''low hanging system''.course. In the presentation, they showed how much they sell on Etsy and Amazon so I tracked down their Etsy shop and it appears they been selling the mugs for 14.95$ + free shipping which means you would make no profit if you sell. They recommended selling it for 14.95+4.95 which is standard price but they were selling it for 14.95+ free shipping so they could get more sales and show you their ''stats'' on the course. There were issues with other courses too but won't get to detaisl right now.
