Thanks for the video. I am enjoying it. I have some of the same feelings about the classic flap. I purchased a Karl Lagerfeld bag to try out the classic flap style. I’ve come to the same conclusion and plan on doing a video about my reasons why as well.

Hi! New follower here. Def agree on the cons. I have a flap and I always like to wear my bags over the shoulder, it's so annoying to open it especially since it's a double flap. I also like easy access to my things, it's just not functional, now worth the really high price.

I agree with you… I was so excited to finally buy it aft owning 2 Woc, but the fact that I can’t crossbody it… I think I love my Woc more than my medium ☹️

Still one of my faves 💕 Shame about the price otherwise would get multiples, small and medium. Although if i was a bit bigger or taller the strap length would bother me 😐

Yeah, it really depends on the person. Unfortunately for me, the strap length is really a dealbreaker. I bought the small flap mainly because of the lengthened strap, despite it having the same minor annoyances with the medium classic flap. I forgot to mention the main thing for me is that i think the bag no longer merits its price… not worth it, at least for me.

I've never bought this bag cuz its is not really a bag that works for me. Agree you can really get sucked down a hole cuz so many people feel you NEED to have it in any handbag collection but it's just not functional for me. I have the 19 and a coco handle and they work for what I need.

I’m late in the Chanel game and don’t feel comfortable spending 300k+ for the classic one anymore 😅 However, my heart still sings for Chanel 19 in small pero it will take a lot of encouragement to pull the trigger. 😆 I’m still happy to have the Fendi Baguette and 30 Montaigne in my wishlist as I feel like they will be more comfortable being used on a daily basis.

As i’ve mentioned before, i’ve never gone over 200k for any of my bags so it would take a lot for me to jump to the levels of Chanel now, even preloved. I also like the Chanel 19… if only I had the budget haha. But at 300k parang di pa rin worth it.

I agree. It's really gorgeous but lacking in elements that allow it to be a functional bag. It all depends on the purpose of the owner and as with all things, to each their own. Thanks for sharing your thoughts. :)
