We will be using Teaching Textbooks which is an online Math curriculum for math that goes from 3rd grade to finishing highschool, because I too am so bad with math! 😂 When I was discerning the homeschool path all last year, I had many personal reasons why I wanted to do it, but I was scared to mess it up. Then when the Uvalde Texas School shooting happened, it really solidified it for me! I've felt at peace ever since pulling my two out of the system, and we have been loving homeschool, thriving, learning, and advancing ever since. 😊 Many blessings to you on this journey!

Not sure why your channel came up in my algorithm, but as a fellow homeschool parent there is a simple response to keep in your back pocket to that first statement of why you’d teach your child a subject if you aren’t confident in it. “Better question? Why would I send my kids back into the system that didn’t teach me?” We look for the best value in every other thing we consider important; why not shop the BEST curriculum and teachers we can for our kids, or even take the class with our kids and re-learn. Agree with many of your reasons for homeschooling.

So basically reasons why you decided to start homeschooling, not to continue homeschooling. Because what happened during the plandemic was not homeschooling. Virtual school and homeschool, two different things. Great video! 👍🏾
