I put these locks from this company on a previous motorhome several years ago. My experience was just as you described; good people to work with, locks were easy to install, and worked great. We now have a newer motorhome that doesn't use the CH751 key, but I still carry my old CH751, just in case. Sometimes neighbors in campgrounds are amazed to hear that just about everyone has a key to their RV's storage bins.

That 751 key is the master key of a series of about 12 different locks! Their used on anything from Toppers for trucks file cabinets, tool boxes, lock boxes, campers even farm equipment! The 751 numbered key originally was not supposed to be given out to users as the key to their locks it was the only key in the series that opened all the locks! This is done this way on many different lock series.

Seem to be a 7.8mm with 7 pins tubular lock. The lock would work with a 1137B or 1137S key. It's clearly not the most secure type of lock. It's better compare to the CH751... But not a lot... You can buy a lockpick for those type of lock for around 40$ online.

I only have two cargo doors on my trailer and after seeing your original video I found a set of two locks at a local rv store. This second comment has nothing to do with the locks but my mistrust of people these days. I had a neighbor who who couldn't open the trunk of their Mercedes and saw me working on my truck so asked if I could help them open the trunk. First of all, if you can afford a Mercedes, well..................so I calmly said no I can't. Another time I was docking my boat when a sketchy looking guy asks me if I could help him tow his 30+ foot boat to the gas pumps. If you can afford a 30+ foot boat (mine was 16 feet) you can afford a tow service like I had. Can you see where this is going? Don't get me wrong, I'll help my fellow RVer most times but when my instincts tell me to back off, I do.

I paid somewhere around $80 - $90 five years ago which is much less than what they go for now.
