Prestige will be the issue. You’re right though. Top 10 AQ alliance gets two T4 alpha a month just from AQ. Pretty easy compared to grinding BG’s. Then add war rewards, top 10-20 BG’s and you can get a rank 3 each month easily.

Yeah, I'm not looking for a top 20 aq alliance, more-so just top 100 and my prestige should be fine for that. Definitely gotta figure out where the effort is most rewarding in the game, and at this current point I think it's aq.

You can’t purposefully lose matches in the victory track to stay in a lower bracket

Farming is such an unfair thing, but Kabam leaves players with almost no choice. The solution is incredibly simple-just buff the BG rank rewards! It’s crazy that farming points rewards are so much better than celestial player rewards. Many top players still stay passionate about the game because of BG ngl, maybe AW too but like BG supposed to be the main part kabam should pay attention and work with, and Kabam just doesn’t seem to care at all. It’s disappointing.

Great points Ryan. The GC rewards need buffs more than anything in this game. It's killing the competitive spirit that BG's embodies. Kabam needs to step up soon or they'll see more and more players leave the game.

If u want to do something very different you can leader my Alliance il move to officer an u can recruit an teach whats needed as u see fit to take a non competitive Aliance from a low level to number 1 maybe . Might make a good series of streams .Just an idea i get that prob wont wanna start this far back . Farmers a like rash that make parts of mcoc a pain isntead of fun .Peace.

Just a question. You say that farming is bad. But to farm you are purposely loosing 2 matches so you can win 1 match and the cycle repeats. This means you are also letting the lower competition move up. You are only winning one and loosing 2 meaning more people will move up instead of you gatekeeping all the lower competition in one particular bracket in victory track. I heard this allowed few lower accounts get the free wins and get to 5k even faster for the realm event. How is this bad exactly ?

@@peterparker1119 From a competitive standpoint it’s wrong. This may have benefited the players that the farmers forfeited against using energy, but what about the players they beat up on using their elders? The coin flips both ways and if you get the wrong side of the coin you’re screwed as an up and coming player. This also just does not support competition and everyone playing fairly.

@@Empy I understand your viewpoint and from a competitive point of view you are right. If this game-mode was actually fair, meaning not requiring units to compete ...people would not try to do stuff like this to best utilize the resource that is scare (elders marks). I understand the flip side (the probability of meeting a farmer doing his winning match is low) but farming allowed lots of players to get the rewards from the realm event. If the sanity of the competitive environment was maintained and nobody farmed, then I don't think any of the lower level players would have made it to the 5k milestone cos after reaching platinum 5 they hit a roadblock either way. If the cost to entry was decreased or removed, I am sure farming would decrease drastically but Kabam has chosen to monetize this game-mode and not everyone has the money for this. And eveyone will try to win each game as much as possible..but then again its not black and white. So I would say for the realm event atleast it was not that bad

I agree farming is just another way of bullshit cheating dropping down to Uru 3 so you can beat up on little accounts is messed up I know a few players and some KZbinrs that were doing that and I just dont like it I think its weak and soft to do something to get easier matchups

I haven't watched the video yet, but if farming is not allowed in bgbar, then bero was farming aswell, he quit out match against me.

@@Malikyash483 Bero was a special case because he couldn’t get matches at the top, so he dropped a bit to be able to even play. He dropped lower than we expected though. However, he never went to zero points and stayed there.
