Eli, I heartily agree with the points you made in this video. I had the privilege of onboarding with you back in 2015, and the continued delight of working with you until last year. One thing that you mentioned was that at Gartner, we worked together to create clear consistent messages. In retrospect, that focus on collaborative excellence is one of the things that makes Gartner special. My ideas had to go through the gauntlet of peer review, and vendor review, and they came out much stronger and clearer. I also continue to be a pluralsight subscriber thanks to you, thanks for introducing me to that excellent platform :-) Wishing you a happy new year, keep up the excellent videos!

Elias, Have been following your career since we met in a VMware class back in 2008 (maybe it was 2010). I think you were just starting out with VMware (as an employee) at the time. Just the year before in 2007 I was training with your first VMware videos, so it was super epic to meet you afterward. Your grind has been nothing short of amazing!!! do you mean for the analyst role? i would say a very good handle on the topic you are applying for! you must be opinionated BUT flexible :) you must have good written skills! if you don't like writing you will hate working for Gartner!

I was actively looking for information on the internet of bad experiences people had with the company to compare the good with the bad. The internet in general I think is not interested in your personal ambitions but in information from a bigger scope. Now we've met and you didn't respond like an $%$@#$ on negative feedback I sincerely wish you all the best in your next journey
