You are so clear, plain & just so nice!! You're also very smart & analytical. The way you described your experiences & shared the minute important details so clearly without hiding. You openly spoke about the mindset that you had and how you learnt & grew through those experiences. Honestly, very helpful especially for someone like me who is yet to do a job but has come to realise money/work is not what I want 24'7, its a part of life, very important but I also want peace in my life equally. As someone who already has health issues, I cannot work in an overly stressful environment. And you helped as a mentor for me to understand what points should I look for while taking a job, considering I get those kinds of options. So, thanks a ton & God bless you for your clear conscious & desire to help others!❤

I don't know why people are fussing about the Big 4 work culture. Folks look around you all indian companies or indian subsidiaries or indian business units are like that. If you work for an european company or a company which has clients in Europe then only you can think of some work life balance or else just forget it. In my experience and the experience of my closed ones i have seen this bad culture everywhere in such indian subsidiaries I don't know why we become like that. It is not just about one manager sadly enough many many managers are like that because of their conditioning. I would say if you want a change then try not to be like that manager when you have that seat.

My opinion : Today's generation lack the following : 1) Adaptability 2) Flexibility 3) Loyalty 4) Acceptability 5) Tolerance Instead they have built up: 1) Ego 2) Showing off 3) I am right you are wrong attitude 4) Lack of interest at work. I have worked for 18 hours non stop during 1990s. Even last decade if it was necessary I used to sit from 10:00 am to 2:00am (16 hours). Today's Job market commands 10 to 12 hours of work provided you get holidays when needed and paid leaves.
