Hi friends! You may be wondering why I have not posted much since posting this video. Well, since then I was diagnosed with CPTSD from my abusive and neglectful childhood and was really struggling with it. Since then, I have done lots of inner healing and was not able to heal while teaching due to my body still being in survival mode with the stress of teaching. Teachers, you will understand the stress of first year teaching and then the next year being covid teaching. I have thankfully healed and processed a lot and have been posting a lot more content consistently on tiktok, which you can follow me there at @Meg_Angela7 and I am excited to post more content here as well ❤ Thank you for your support ❤

First to comment! I definitely know what it's like to have your creative energies divided and feeling like you have no energy left over for anything.
