Gargi ma'am, it has been nearly one year since I am studying Biology from you. You are an incredible educator, a hidden gem in social media. I'm calling you a gem, because not everybody has access to that gem. A gem never loses it's value, regardless of what people say. As you mentioned, that your teaching strategies were not compatible with those of your teammates, and that's one of the major reasons why you left the Platform. You did the right thing, I appreciate you. If you don't work freely, your mental health gets compromised, and your efficiency decreases. Once, I was reading a book related to psychology in which there were two teams, one consisted of all top players, the other one had average players. But the team with average players won, because there was clear communication and collaboration within the team members. Here, I'm not calling someone top or average, I'm just agreeing with the fact that collaboration is required for the team to function properly. I admire you as a person, who completed the syllabus sincerely on KZbin, my heart wrenches to say Good Bye to you. I love the way you teach, relevant information, without creating a mess out of something, no drama. Please never change all these positive things in you. I know you're very strong and keep it up.
