@@Astoldbynneoma I think I felt drained and continuing to move forward without addressing why I felt so disconnected felt unnatural and unhealthy. There was just took much " noise" (situations/people) and too many distractions that had nothing to do with what I really wanted. Or needed. I still haven't really rejoined (insta/tik, etc). Its a new normal... for now....

Sweety, be glad that this REALIZATION came to year early in life. A friend and I mutually decided after 20+ years that we should no longer be friends. Before this day, we had never had an argument. But throughout the year's I always felt judged by her, looked down upon for certain decisions I made, and it was now transferring over to my family, my husband, and children. Enough was enough. Keep in mind that I am queen at cutting people off but this one friend, I never could imagine. Well, months later, I was FINE! A year later, .....FINE! Bro when I say I’m so good on new friendships ppl think I’m crazy. Like you really don’t need to be around random ass energy all the time just for the sake of human interaction. It’s so important to have a home within yourself and not be thirsty for new interactions. A lot of the time those new interactions people are searching for so bad is them trying to escape their own reality. SIT in your reality, heal yourself, and you will put out energy into the world that brings the right connections around you genuinely.

- yes girl . In my twenties is when I learned that it doesn’t matter how long you’ve known someone , they can still back stab you . - there was one scene you were sitting down and looking up … girl where u on the toilet ? Lol - I literally cracked up when you were on the phone and you asked if they have an available room and their response was not really .😂😂 I had almost a similar experience when I was in naija in December and waited forever to get a room . -Loved this video !

I'm 28 and definitely went through this faze. It's a learning and healing process at the same time. When you've gone through the process you will out your chrysalis as a true butterfly. You'll be more protective of yourself and boundaries and your focus will be more precise. Enjoy your hiding season and focus on yourself. When you've completed this new season better, new and genuine relationships will come. You don't have to be friends w/ everyone, you just have to know and discern the place God chose in your life and theirs.
