why i like trail running over road running|running vlog agara lake

Today i decided to run at agara lake which is at HSR.
It is beautiful place to run and it offers a 3km loop of trail, there are many benefits of running on trail, i have covered why i like trail running over road running .
Some people may ask, where can i run in bangalore ? do we have place for trail running in bangalore ?

yes we do we have beautiful roads and wonderful trails to run in banaglore.
One such trail running place in bangalore is agara lake, in this video i give some trail running tips for beginners.
i mention and stress about how to lan softly when running on trail in this running vlog and in most of my running vlogs.
The bigger loop in agara lake is 3kms and the smaller one is 2.5kms.
So This running vlog at agara lake is the best 5km trail running location in Bangalore, it offers lush greenery, beautiful lake and an amazing trail to run or some may most commonly call it as trail running in lake.
Most of my running training programs were here because of the motivation it provides and if you get bored of road running i suggest you to head on down to agara lake to get some laps by the lake.
