I live in a small town outside of a slightly bigger but still “small town”. This is my life. Would you ever move to a tiny town?

Our area sounds a lot like yours. Our farm is outside of a town of 600 people, we are about 5-8 minutes outside of the town. Our nearest neighbors house is about a 1/2 mile or further from us but his land does bump up against ours. We have cow fields on 3 sides of us. I always joke we live outside a town of 600 people and 5000 cows, lol. We have a post office, a new cafe, a pizza/ice cream shop and a gas station, deli , convenience store combo.

This sounds great! Our small town of 250 is outside of another small town of about 600 people. The town of 600 people has a restaurant and a dollar general. But Our little 250 population town only has a post office, church, general store/hardware/deli, and a small animal feed store. We don’t even have a stop sign in our little town of 250. If we want to go out to eat or grab a few quick groceries we go to the small town of 600 closer to the highway. If we need bulk groceries that’s a 30 minute drive to the even big town of a few thousand. we plan a big grocery trip there every now and then. Thanks for watching friend! Happy Friday!

@@dirtroaddestiny We are 12 miles from our next town, which does have a walmart for grocery shopping, lol Or we could drive an hour west to the big city. The only thing I do not like about the small towns around us is, everything closes at 12:00 on saturday and closed on sundays. If I am trying to get something done and need parts, I better get it done during the week.

@ I understand the places being closed early on Saturdays and closed on Sundays. Sometimes I forget and will drive up there only to return home very fast lol 😂

Just moved to my rural site 8 miles from a very small town. Only animal I have right now is the barn cat. Looking forward to starting my ranch and definitely enjoying the peace.

small village with 30 people, at the end of the road, at the edge of a big forest, no neighbours. i can do everything i want at any hour and nobody cares. freedom above all baby ! funny thing how algoritm knows what to share with me ;) you sound very satisfied with ur life. after 10 years spent here in the wild, sometimes it is f hard , but always freedom is the best reward. somewhere in east europe.... salute you wild girl !

My town has 4 churches and a post office that is open 4 hours a day. There are a lot of houses, but the older people have died and their children are just letting them rot away. What State do you live in?

Rabbits are awesome! There are not a ton for sale around me however. I know the feed store has them sometimes here and there.
