It's a miracle if i sleep past 6am. Early morning hikes and rides are where it's at! I won't parrot all the reasons, you nailed it. I'm just north of DFW, so mornings are getting pretty toasty too. Sweet ride! 🖖

All these early morning rides have resulted in me waking up before my alarm on work days! I've always loved mornings, but struggled with getting up so early! It just takes some consistency!

@@huntstyle for the last few years i get up at 4 for work. And yes, i tend to wake up about 10 minutes before my alarm. Pure insanity...maybe, but I love it because it keeps my bouts of melancholy to a minimum. Hope our paths cross on a trail some day, it would be nice to have company that enjoys crushing miles. 🖖

@Huntstyle Hello. I've watched a couple of your videos and they were fun. Good stuff. One was a few years ago when you went to the Big Bend Park. I own a Serial 1 e-bike. It's good for paved roads and gravel trails and some sand. It can't do any rock climbing, technical mountain biking and definitely no jumping. One or two spots along the trail is ok if I can walk the bike across those features. I've been thinking do heading to Big Bend in the fall. Can you suggest any good trails that fits the type of riding I want to do? Thanks

I'm not sure there's anything like that down there. I only rode the two trails that I made videos on, but the terrain there is all rocky and rough. Maybe the Lajitas trails? I'd honestly have to go back and watch my own video, because I don't remember all of it, but I think most of those trails were pretty smooth.

@@huntstyle Thanks for responding. I actually realized that if i looked up motorcycle drives in Big Bend I got results that better matched what I was looking for. I can also do some of what they call "Improved Gravel Roads". I'm sure you are aware of these, but that was a new concept for me. Anyways, looking forward to my trip this September. Thank again for your help.
