Hi, how to get started in this field if already a certified teacher looking to change career paths?

The good news is that there are many similarities and transferable skills between teaching and training. I would start by determining which area and/ or role you’re most interested in pursuing. You can review job descriptions to ascertain common job qualifications which will probably note experience in developing curriculum using the ADDIE (or other relevant) design cycle/model, elearning, facilitation, and experience working with an LMS to name a few. Then, I would focus on developing my skill set in those areas. Hope this helps; thanks for watching!
