Totally agree with you when you said it's better than Chocolate Hills! I prefer Osmena Peak too, not over touristy and just breathtaking view, plus a little hike completes the experience for me.

When you go back to the Philippines, you can also visit Mt Batulao in Nasugbu Batangas, around 2-3hours from Metro Manila, and Pico de Loro at Mt Palaypalay, Ternate, Cavite, about 2-2.5hrs away from Manila. These are unique mountains in the Philippines like Osmena Peak.
