I really do like my NV 200 when I bought it the person that sold me the van also sold me an oil change up to 100,000 miles I think anyway every time I brought my van and have my oil changed he would try to sell me a bunch of other things. I didn’t really need like batteries and everything else, last time I took my van in to get my oil changed. I noticed my air conditioner stopped working long story short I found out the guy had cut the wires going to my clutch on my compressor then tried to tell me I needed a new compressor. Needless to say I stopped going back to that person, I just don’t know if I’ll ever trust anyone to ever work on my van again I’ve had my envy 200 on blocks for the last couple of days fixing things that they busted on it trying to sell me additional work. I should’ve turned them in, but I really don’t know what the police could do about it, or anyone else it’s a shame that they took something as nice as my van and sabotaged yet just to try to make money off of me anyway keep doing what you’re doing as long as you do it. Honestly you got my support. Thanks. Monk Cartwright 👍😉⚔️⚔️⚔️

I recently upgraded from a 2018 NV200 S to a 2020. My only complaint is the 15” wheels. I’ve bent 2 rims in 2 years. Otherwise, totally reliable, comfortable and easy to maintain. I refinish hardwood floors, the cargo capacity is ample and the low deck makes loading and unloading easy. I’m sad Nissan has discontinued their cargo vans in North America.

I realize this video is 3 years old but I'm looking for a small cargo van for a van build and am researching this one, promaster city and ford transit connect. The only drawback with the NV200 is the CVT transmission which has a questionable record. The Nissan was the best deal I could find at the time. 2014 with only 50K miles so it sat in the garage a lot. As I researched the CVT I will change the fluid every 25K as that seems to be the best way to keep the CVT from troubles.
@bossman-vj3dz2 күн бұрын
The ford transit connect also have transmission problems as well on top of that electrical issue. I also have a nissan nv200 with 150k no transmission problems because I changed out the transmission fluid every 20k miles. No issues at all

Not if you read KBB Reviews: I'm a service tech, I use my van for work. I have had various service vans over the past decade. If you or your company needs a compact service van, get the Ford Transit Connect or the Ram Promaster City. The Transit Connect is the best. If you need something larger, get a Ford or GM. I have heard good and bad about the M-B's, but their higher cost may be limiting. Now on the NV200. My latest is a 2021 SV, previously had a 2018 SV and a 2013 S. The '18 was totaled with 40k miles in 6 months. The 2013 was from a tech that quit and it was given to me beginning of 2020. It had 200k miles. The driver's door would not stay closed (Nissan dealer could not find any problems). I told my company to get something a little safer. So I end up with this 2021 a month ago... The good - it has Android Auto, Apple CarPlay and SiriusXM. The bad - everything else. It has a tachometer. Why?!?! Not needed as it has a CVT and the engine will not rev above 5k with a 6.5K redline. Anyway, anything above 3k RPM does not accelerate the van any more quickly, just adds about 10 more decibels to the already loud engine noise. Small fuel tank, and a small (3/4"), hardly legible digital fuel "gauge". The steering feels like the wheel is connected by a rubber hose. Braking is mediocre when empty, frightening when there is any kind of load in the back. Affected by wind gusts more than a sailing yacht. Fuel economy is good, 25MPG combined. Had a V6 mid-roof, mid-length Transit 250 with base V6 that got 23MPG combined. Oh, wait, that would make this NV200 just awful in terms of fuel mileage! Also, I have yet to figure out how Nissan designed so much torque steer into this vehicle! The CVT saps most of the torque out this engine. Acceleration is glacial, but the torque steer is amazing. I thought they dialed all of that out at the end of the 1980s! TLDR - Spend you money elsewhere. Do you really want a 21k delivery vehicle? Wait for Ford Maverick XL, I'm sure it is better than this. Or buy a used Ford or Ram compact van. It would not let me give it no stars, I had to give it one star if I would recommend this to a friend. I like my friends, I want them to stay that way. Come to think of it, I would not even recommend this to a person I disliked.

Hi, I drove this on a few occasions. It seemed to be enjoyable without much cargo, anyway. Maybe that's the key. Do you happen to know the diagonal measurement of the rear opening? Could I get a non-foam queen mattress in through there without forcing it? It's a car share van, I unfortunately don't have a lot of choice in what cars to pick.
