I always read the disclaimer notes, even if it means pausing really quickly for 2 minutes to catch it (and rewind again). The one thing that I think of when watching Casey, is the amount of times he has to set up his camera(s) in a framed scene then run past/walk up to/circle around and then retrieve them, impressive work and maximum effort.
