I suffer with canker sores often and they’re the WORST!!! I try to avoid caffeine and anything acidic (chocolate, tomatoes, sugar, etc…) when I have one. They usually pop up when I’m stressed, which also happens to be when I consume the most sugar and caffeine. I swear by gargling saltwater several times a day to heal them up quickly. They can feel so all consuming while at their worst :(

I'm just here to say I find it impressive how you are the only person I can think of that is known by their initials. I was on a page with followers of the BnC podcast and most people there know of the entire friend group and literally everyone just knows you as SDG. I have never, not even on your own pages, seen or heard someone just call you "Sally." Even just typing "Sally" alone in reference to you feels wrong somehow? As you must be Sally Darr, Sally Darr Griffin, SDG, etc. Even in the comments of this video someone typed it "Sally-Darr" and idk I just find it impressive how you are known by your initials and nobody just calls you by your first name (unless Sally Darr IS your full first name and I was wrong in thinking Darr was a middle? in that case, this is embarrassing for me lol). But my point remains, being known by just your initials is cool as heck.

hydrogen peroxide mouthwash/peroxyl helps with canker sores, I wish it didn’t take me 28 years to learn that but hopefully this comment helps someone out there
