I chose to live a slow boring life quite a few years ago myself Sara. I haven't regretted it at all. In fact, I'm much healthier and wiser and even a bit wealthier for discarding bad habits that would drain my pocketbook. Continue to live the lifestyle that suits you best.

Loved this very calm well presented video! A message I needed to hear because I always rush in life, rush towards my career and material goals and rush toward spiritual enlightenment. Realizing what I thought I "wanted" just made me unhappier than before. and as cliche as it is life really is about the journey and not the destination. It's there for me that I can truly appreciate the everyday moments and begin to see the absolute beauty, wonder and sanctity of the present moment. Continue to embrace your slow "boring life" :)

Hi beautiful. Journaling? Don't know what you like to read. May I recommend " let me stand alone" Rachel Corrie . There's stuff on KZbin about her life. Videos even from when she was a kid. Never heard of a kid . Who always knew what she wanted to do. This is like her diary. I'd say about her just from that. She was one of the finest writers ever. Born in 78 a gen. X . Though I'd say she was like a talisman. Of the magical millennial movement that produced the highest caliber females ever I've met. Rescue hearted critters. Amazing!

Love you Sara, your lifestyle is great. Great personality for enjoying life itself. I mirror these by enjoying outdoor life as much as i can. I find compfort in familiarity and try to keep exploring experiences for treasured memories. It help me juggle other activities i like to do on the daily. There's ways of doing that on the road like you are, travelling to different places. How long do you plan to do this for?

Rejecting American social pressure would mean getting married as a teenager and having children right away. Being a traditional wife and homeschool mom. Being a lemming would mean speaking in vocal fry, tattoos, and claiming to reject social pressure by doing exactly what social pressure dictates, which is staying single and not having children. Immigrating here I am amazed at how every girl conforms to the social pressure while claiming to be the opposite.
