If you watch survivor you see this kind of stuff happen all the time. The best player will bring along someone who didn't really do anything to more easily win the game. Tommy played the hardest and carried Nick ghe whole way. Generally its common practice for the survivor jury to just give the hardest playing player the money and im glad to see this carries over to here. Just skating by unnoticed doesn't really earn you anything.

That’s not a strategy in survivor we call that being a goat and it’s not the goat that’s good it’s called a goat bc it means your being dragged along by someone who is actually playing the game (Tommy) in this situation.... Staying under the radar in survivor is important but At a certain point you have to make your own move and nick never did... If Nick wanted to win he should’ve taken out Tommy earlier while he still could... Number 1 this would’ve added a big move to his survivor resume but number 2 and even more important Tommy would be gone and therefore can’t beat you in the end... White Sox Dave was 100% right they should have kept him in it way longer and voted out someone like Tommy first to get rid of threats... and finally I’m sorry maybe you just liked watching nick I think he’s funny and seems cool but “carried the series”?? I just find it silly to gloat and claim you've fulfilled your dream of winning survivor when the competition was so poorly put together. as KFC said if it was him glenny and feits playing they would have voted him out day one. same way as in irl survivor when someone is clearly conspiring and trying too hard rather than build trust with the tribe they're voted off. he deserves the W bc he recognized the rest didn't have the knowledge of the game he did but to claim it's because he's smarter or a mastermind is just stupid
