How many hours in total do you spend on making a month of meals including cutting up, prep, cooking and storage? Also do you split it over 2 days like cutting, boiling, prep the day before cooking?

Hi! Making the freezer meals is generally a 4-6hr affair including food prep. I usually get help in food preparation and sometimes I spread making freezer meals over 2 days depending on my work schedule.
