I am a subscriber. Here’s a tip. You will notice on play back of your video that the words on signs are reversed. You have an option in your phone so that this is not flipped. It will look more professional. I just thought you might want to know.
@AbroadInThailand7 ай бұрын
Is there a way to do this in-phone without using the rear-facing camera?
@TonyLiveTV7 ай бұрын
@@AbroadInThailand if you want your selfie camera to NOT flip the picture or videos, then all you need to do (Android) is to go into your phone’s camera settings and turn OFF “Picture previewed”. All phones have this option including iPhone.

When you said you were sitting at your table thinking to yourself “I’ve got to get out of here”, I know that feel all too well. What someone else considers “normal life”, we consider it as misery and a painful existence. And when you are experiencing that much misery, of course you are going to find a way out by any means necessary. It’s almost like you are escaping death by getting out of that rat race. Some can tolerate a simple 9 to 5, and others cannot tolerate it at all. People often wonder how o travel all over the place and I always say “if you were as desperate as I was, you would find a way too”.

How are you able to live in Thailand? I heard Thai and Vietnamese government are kicking expats out, or at least Thailand wants to make it harder for foreigners to come in. How are you able to stay?

Great insights you have man, really appreciate your experience. Looks like you really are in the right place, seems like paradise. I'm thinking of coming to thailand for a few months but am not sure how good the internet is, which I'll need for my day to day. Do you happen to know what the average speeds are for the wifi and mobile data? Cheers.

Thanks for the support man! I consistently get around 200MBps down speeds at my house in Koh Samui. Roughly 95% uptime. It's great!

@@AbroadInThailand I mean mate you are selling the life that comes with moving to Thailand aren’t ya? As a marketer you should be aware of this since those who are about to take the plunge need that information. What’s the cost of running a life over there, is Thai difficult? Is it necessary? Don’t take me wrong but beautiful beaches and pristine walls won’t pay the emergency tickets to get back home, also as a good marketer your cap reminds me of my good old Patagonia cap that was worn off as hell but I kept using it since I wasn’t able to afford a new one, is the life over there the kind of life that keeps you on budget? Beware of the marketing nuggets even your clothing may suggest Again, don’t take it wrong nor personal, I’m on the same boat.

@AbroadInThailand7 ай бұрын
Thanks for your comment. I recommend applying for your retirement visa outside the country if you haven't already. Then you can collect it during your visit to Thailand. You will need to do a report every 90 days which automatically resets when you leave the country. Just my two cents 😉
