Love your stuff! I spent three months there last year and loved every minute of it! Can't agree more about the cost of living and diversity. Definitely spend time exploring different regions and towns, particularly Bariloche, Mendoza, and Mar Del Plata as i assume you'll check be in BA. Also, don't be shy to head north up to Salta! It's like no where else in Argentina and the landscape up there is very unique.

I'm in Colombia now; it was originally just a stop on my way to Argentina, which I hope to come to soon. Don't make too many videos about how great Argentina is, I don't want many other foreigners moving there. (I'm half joking)

You're so spot on! Homogeneous cultures seem to be more organized and less prone to social unrest. Very few people dare say this these days, but it's true.

Sounds good. I'll be off to Buenos Aires tomorrow. How does the capital compare to a city like Córdoba? Keep up the good stuff.

In Poland you can leave your car open & windows open & nothing will happen. But other things aren't so lovely, that't why people & businesess are leaving to other countries. People from Argentina are more family oriented & theat other similary to family ehen they get to know you. That is what is lost in most of Polish people, especially that now there are many refugees which are not trust worthy knowing from history. Would love to see more videos about Argentina. There is a lack of info in afield of: legal, business, tax, visas, cost of living in different areas (not only in BA). Thanks for sharing your story 💐

@@JakeRunnels I like to watch walking videos from all sorts of countries and what caught my eye is the fact that there is a huge cultural difference between the native Western people and people who are recent migrants in the West ( mostly Muslims and other South Asians ) and what I've observed is that the white Westerners are very individualistic and atomized whilst the recent migrants are pro-family and have many kids. So, if we fast forward a few decades from now we will have a situation where the native people will become a minority due to the said way of living while the new arrivals will outnumber them because of having more kids and being more pro-family/religious.

@@bookinsights1092 second gen migrants have the same birthrates as native born. the problem is the constant stream of people coming in, and not 'outbreeding by migrants'.

Hi young man - hope all is well. --- I'm an old fart - retired US citizen looking for '''greener pastures''' or a place my meager $1500 SS will be worth a lot more than in the US ! - ? - Hoping Argentina might be the place if I can afford it there ? Not many expats on here - like in the Philippines or some other places like Colombia or Mexico ? Curious if it's because of the distance or some other reason (?) - perhaps not so good ? --- Their visa's for retirement appear to be costing thousands of USD's - a reason maybe not many Americans appear to be there ? Can a poor person from the US get by & live there cheaply or will they deport you ? A small frugal studio is all I would want - and I'm quite used to being thrifty. -?-

It hurts me and saddens me to read such an inaccurate information about Colombia. To say that in Argentina you can just walk and you have everything available, and not in Colombia; when in Colombia is exactly the same in all large cities, even small towns there are shops around. No car is needed to go to the market or to go shopping; everything is at a walking distance. Every single large city is like that. In Bogotá, even in residential districts there are shops everywhere. So, please, don’t dare to compare Colombia to USA in that aspect. Shouldn’t I know when I have lived for 3 decades at each country. I am sure you did not live in Bogota, where you can find stores at every step of your way, by just opening your door. Maybe you are poor and had to stay in the suburbs in a very poor neighborhood, no near central areas to depict such a panorama. Never, never heard such a declaration about Colombia. Just my mom’s house in Bogotá has two rental shops in the first floor. So, even residential districts have shopping areas just steps away. Colombia does not compare to Argentina, because Colombia is much richer and diverse culture. It is like 11 countries in one. It is a very happy and cheerful environment, the cost more Caribbean, more fun. *Argentina is a more centralized government, where everything happens in Buenos Aires. Colombia is NOT centralized, which means many cities in Colombia are prosperous. *Colombia is the Most Bio-diverse Country in the World by Km², and 2nd. by extension, after Brazil.* So, in landscaping Argentina does not compete. *Colombia is called the Country of 1000 Rhythms, because it has 1,025.* Very rich musical culture. Colombia’s party scene is unparalleled. But, if what you like is European architecture (cement), then that’s different. But, the landscapes, the kindness and cheerful culture of Colombia is not found anywhere else in the world. The only issue that can be true is the safety, but that’s it.
