Been doing the same with my properties. The best upx return from any layer 2 out there. One thing I do is spend time at the market, and if I see any resources that are being sold for extremely cheap, I buy them up and resell them at a higher up value. Not much but in bulk you can increase the UPX.

529.93 yield from 65up2 is really good (8.1 divided). I dont think there´s any unminted props with that high value left. Luckily there is a ton of unminted 7.8 props left :)

1st I want to say, good job on explaining how spark tycoon works. You got me into doing spark tycoon now & im getting hooked lol. So thnx for that. Quick question though, does it matter what building or size of property you have in order to put these nodes? Also is there a limit to how many you can add to a property? Thanx again for all your insight on this stuff. Very much appreciated

Thanks for the kind words. # of nodes per building is based on size/spark hours to construct. 1, 2, 3 or 6 node slots depending on size of building. Join the USE discord for info on this.
