That why i dont like daily vloging. I only make vlogs according to my routine and mental health. You are doing great job

Salams sister , as an acupuncturist , i would like to advise you to reduce your water intake for your lower back pain . Eat only when you are hungry , rest when u feel tired during the day and sleep early (i think we tend to sleep early when we stay away from family ) but just writing it since these are 4 basic rules to follow . Try it for a week and see how you go … Making kidneys over work is not advised from acupuncture point if view … when there is a problem with kidneys , doctors advise drinking less water , but when they are fine they are overworked . To flush out toxins , just eating when only when we are hungry (intuitive eating) and not bcos its dinner time etc , is sufficient . Our body is so intelligent . We need to listen to the cues and act upon it , rest the body will manage everything . The cues are hunger , thirst, and rest .. May Allah swt grant you complete shifa ❤❤
