Social Media has had a major impact on my life and I thought I'd share how much my life changed before and after having deleted it. I deleted social media for about 3 months and I can honestly say that my life has never been better. In this video, I go through the process of what happened to my brain and my lifestyle when I replaced the habit of scrolling for hours with habits such as:
- Playing Sports
- Resistance training(lifting heavy weights)
- Enjoying the present moment
- Reading
- Journaling
- Praying
- and many more things that have changed my life for the better!
