That one was fake. He said he was an Uber driver, but you don't pay Uber in cash, nor can you request specific Uber drivers. Unless he got private side clients who called him directly, that's not how any of it works.

Enjoyed the stories as usual. I personally don't care if they're true or not, whether its a real experience or just made up for the sake of story writing. I am kinda nit picky about wording and details though. The pet sitting story- Great story but the ending said OP said they stayed at that house over many weeks, over many years since....but the story takes place in 2020, the ending made the story sound like it happened decades before, not barely 4yrs (or even less depending when they wrote and submitted). Also, the Uber story about the old lady and the cemetery. Story said she went at 10pm every night. I've never known a cemetery to be open that late. Typically they close at dark, similar to parks. Some will have s specific hour they close but that's typically 6-7pm. Yea, people sneak in. I used to as a teenager. Been kicked out by security plenty of times too. Maybe it was a small, private cemetery. It didn't sound like it though. Nevermind the fact old lady was eating dead, embalmed corpses. That's more plausible than an Uber continuously driving an old lady to cemetery that late like it was a Sunday afternoon. To question why an elderly lady has to live in such a bad neighborhood but not why she's wondering off to the cemetery in the middle of the night...Good stories though, I enjoyed them. Even the weird air conditioner story. This upload is reminiscent of Scary Stories to tell in the Dark. My obsessive compulsiveness just causes me to get stuck on the super tiny details.

I’ve met two black eyes teenagers while working as an outreach volunteer helping homeless people on the streets on New York City, there were these to “kids” sitting on a lawn in Battery Park and my co-worker and I approached them, they had their heads down until I started talking to them then slowly raised their heads; my co-worker reached out and grabbed my arm and said ‘We need to go Now!’ They were pale, and thin and their eyes were black pools of nothingness-My co-worker started praying as we quickly walked away and wouldn’t let me look back at them. I didn’t understand the situation until I started reading about the black eyed children, I can’t imagine what would have happened had they engaged with me. I’ve been to that park, just because I like it-but have never seen these two teenagers again, not that I’m looking for them in particular, it’s just a nice public park.

Considering, I have had to deal with paranormal entities most of my life, it takes quite a bit to actually scare me. Also, working the graveyard shift for many years in a number of medical facilities as an RN, I've seen everything from shadow people to full body apparitions. But clowns, I have to say, creep me the heck out! As well as the use of chainsaws in those haunted houses during Halloween. Granted, i feel myself lucky of never hearing or seeing the things mentioned by hikers. And I used to hike a lot when i was younger, but never alone. Ive hiked the entire John Muir Trail before it became a part of the Pacific Crest Trail and did a South Rim to North Rim of the Grand Canyon. The only thing I found scary was the Spotted Skunk I met at my tent, in the dark, early in the morning getting ready to pack up the tent. 😮 😅

Omg I can't believe I missed you were collecting stories for this. I'm a nature & landscape photographer based in the Adirondack mountains of NY (all original native American grounds and older). I've got a handful of some interesting stories. Had a situation a month or so ago where the forest was active, birds and squirrels running around. Then absolutely silent, even the wind was quiet. I have a short recording of how silent it was bc it was so eerie. Hopefully I'll be able to get a story or two in next time you do this!

I've had this happen to me a couple of times. Once in the Appalachian mountains , another time in Florida and also in Mississippi.. each time I didn't have a phone to record it.. of course when it happened to me I just booked it out of the area. It's very uncomfortable and I never felt so blind, deaf and dumb compared to other animals. All I could rely on was my gut instinct and that prickly hair feeling. Lol

@ashleeaustin358 Thankfully I've been in quite a few odd situations and it wasn't the first time. I have a 5 minute rule when it comes to everything going quiet. I'll keep walking forward for 5 minutes with my head on a swivel and if it's still silent I'll call it and turn around. I know what you mean about feeling blind and deaf though. I usually don't have my phone to record it but this time was pretty unique. I have the video saved and put away lol

@@sarrow1028 Yeah, I usually have my dogs and if they turn tail I do too. Lol they're more perceptive. Sometimes they wouldn't even go down a trail when that happened, just stop at attention and wouldn't budge. When I didn't have my dogs with me I just stood still, if I felt the tension get stronger then I would dip out. Crazy.

@BeautyOfTheBlood
@BeautyOfTheBlood 6 ай бұрын
@@kurryk6564 I am glad that you are open minded and want to know more.. They are a race of shapeshifters who are traders. Which means that they often try to abduct humans to sell them as slaves, food or experiments to other hostile alien races. (Most alien races are not hostile and instead do their best to help us). Their children are highly regarded and are therefore often sent on these missions. They can shapeshift into humans, but not their eyes, that's why they're still black. When they're on their missions they try to lure the person to let them inside their house, car etc. But they need your permission in words or they can't get in, that's why they often keep repeating the same words or sentences. And likewise if they try to lure you into following them, if you don't, they can't get you. And sometimes they do not give up but visit a person more than once. Just stay away from them and don't take any chances..

The Anna story, although very creepy, I have to question. As a mortician I know the chemicals we put in bodies. Not even for the poisonous aspect of ingesting the chemicals, but the fact that those chemicals turn the bodies (muscles and other tissues) extremely firm and (I would imagine, never partook myself) very difficult to chew. Then there is the aspect of her ingesting the highly toxic chemicals we use (seemingly) without health effects. Unless, perhaps, it was a Jewish cemetery, as they don't embalm. But who knows, life's weird. Death's weird too

@jazzbutterworth
@jazzbutterworth 6 ай бұрын
In the second to last story regarding Anna, you had every business calling the police. Since you were wondering what you would even tell them if you called, keep in mind that this stuff is actually not as uncommon as you may think. Grave robbing is a real thing And happens with a fair amount of frequency. Now with that said I think for fewer graver robbers would partake in eating but I am quite sure if you had called immediately, the police would've showed up and been able to do something with Anna given the evidence would've been right there in plain sight.

Dogs though, they'd be real sorry, real fast if they try stepping to me, idgaf💁🏻‍♀️
