Why I Returned My Gucci Ophidia Small Handbag

Interested to see this. I recently purchased this bag online and was so excited to unbox it and start using it. But I found it really disappointing. The zip on mine was wavy/uneven, as if it was too big for the bag. Having looked at other pictures I can see this is common - but not what I expect from an expensive luxury item. The chain was cute but like you say, too short to use comfortably for any length of time. I didn't even get to the longer strap.. that stayed wrapped. I'm going to look into the other bag you suggest. Thanks!
