Most people do not know how to properly use a Quija Board. They ask to connect to "whatever" is out there instead of being specific. This attracts lower entities that can be harmful. You have to open and close each session. I've used a board for years and never had a problem. It's all in the intention and proper use. It's not a game to take as a joke, or the jokes going to be on the person clowning around. I grew up with the paranormal as a natural part of life. Experiences since I was a small child. Use common sense. If you fear it, stay away from it.

My Aunt used a Ouiji board as a teen in the 60's. Said she "was going on a trip" She asked "where" Reply" Under a bus" She didn't finish school! To scared to leave the house. I have been helping spirits move on for decades. But, would never use Ouiji! Don't know what you're getting?

Ordinarily I would dismiss Ouija Boards as nonsense...but when I was 7 or 8 my cousins and I were using one in the basement of a relative's home. It was an old basement with just one pull-chain light bulb in the ceiling. I started taunting the "spirit", not taking it seriously. That light bulb literally exploded in the socket. We were climbing over each other trying to run up those stairs. Ironically there was an Abby on/in that board as well. I'm older now, and I like to think that I am smart enough to now realize that I DON'T KNOW EVERYTHING...like I did when I was a teenager, or in my early 20s. If I ever have children, I will strongly discourage Ouija Board usage. Don't cry out to random beings in the ether Something might just be there.

I’m currently at home in Pittsburgh, PA, USA watching both this video and the Pittsburgh Steelers football game against the Raiders. Right at the part when Ben pulled up the article about the board’s origins, how it started in a Pittsburgh toy shop and how the name (supposedly) means “Good Luck”, our team got a late game touchdown to win and keep from being eliminated from the playoffs! I used a quija app as my gps once…..real bad idea. I asked if I should make a left turn, it said yes, but there was no street to the left. So I switched to a magic 8 ball app. All better now. Never ask the French for directions.

i got an Ouija bord in an indoor market just cause it was stone made, i havent removed the plastic bag and never used the planchet. I got it simply for astetics, im.not stupid enough to use it on my own or in my home xD i have enough shadows in my sleep paralysis, or spooks ive dubed Clancy from the occasional activity ive had, not anything scary or dangerouse.
