I can tell you now you doing the right thing. Can't believe I'm older than you lol but I'm 30 and had my SS since I was 28. Wasn't even a year in ownership and I raced a blue car late at night down the street. We was both doing 100+ and I looked to the left and saw two parked cop cars. Soon as I saw them move I pulled over in the middle turning lane. The blue car I was racing(and beat lol) kept going and BOTH the cops went after him. I felt so bad and I just sat there waiting for them to come back for me but after like 5 mins of sitting there. I just eased my way into a neighborhood that was to the left of me and went home. I'm in the same position as you. I drive a work truck so if I lost my license for reckless driving? There goes my job. It's by the grace and mercy of God I haven't got a single speeding/reckless driving ticket since late 2021 of me owning my camaro so you doing the right thing and you got a family to take care of.
