Tabatha you are on it. Not theory. We should be concerned about the higher life. Being like Jesus. Carnality blocks the anointing. Grace will provide the power to overcome this fleshly work.

This is powerful. Cussing was always cppl to me growing up until it became second mature and a language for argument. Thank God for His grace, now I don't feel the need to do so and trust in His strength to carry me through this.

There are still channels on tv that will bleep out cuss words, or blurs it out if someone gives the finger. So if the world thinks it's a problem....🤷🏾♀️. It's unbecoming of a Christian, and could you be an effective witness to someone who hears you cussing?

Everybody wasn’t raised in a home where people didn’t cuss. I grew up in a home that had two people who verbally abused us and used profanity, yelling with anger, which is a spirit. If you don’t drink it’s easy to say the Bible says this or that but some people struggle with alcoholism for years! Some spirits need to be cast out. For some people just deciding to not cuss is unrealistic and not as easy as you make it seem. Some people don’t cuss just because, or because they choose to, it’s spirit.

@@Doinglifewithkenandtabatha yea and Mary was the one who gave birth without knowing a man. Don’t all women wish….yea so I’ve never been on drugs or addicted to porn or alcohol so that’s probably not my ministry to be trying to tell someone what they should and should not do….you just sound self righteous. People who ain’t been through some real life trauma setting up tables and throwing bible scriptures around. 😂
@joycewatt8289 Жыл бұрын
Like EVERYTHING else in life (once an adult) what we choose to do is the result of a decision. Is it simple? Perhaps not for most but it can be. It’s called self control which is one of the fruits of the Holy Spirit. Can we do it in our own strength? Absolutely not! Can we do it by yielding to the power of the Holy Spirit? Yes! I’m not a cussa and frankly don’t like being around those who are. I grew up in a two parent household. My mother NEVER cussed. My father cussed like a pirate. I had to make a choice. I choose not to. I didn’t like that my father cussed so much.

@@D_Mekole To your point…a demon doesn’t care! Demonic spirits want us to. The Holy Spirit doesn’t.
