Why I Stopped Masturbation and Pornhub

As I mentioned in other video's, my relationship with sex was a struggle. This is why I stopped masturbating and watching Pornhub a few years ago. I really wanted to give myself a reset for my relationship with sex, let me take you along why and how it worked out.

Good job and quite a good decision for yourself and your partner. Never really was into porn and very selective. But at least I had a short term relationship - several year ago - with someone who really was into porn and well, hm, it was different. I mean, you explained it very well. Nothing to add to the effects :). There are a lot different behaviors that have negative consequences in the long run and just short highs (or just get your cortisol or fear or ... down/calm quickly) and well, I wished more people would be aware of it and work on it. Its weird cause we are taught to 'do so' (short term 'wins') in several situations or lets say, its seen as normal in our society. .. but thats a big and complex and depressing (for me) other topic. Thank you as always! Yeah, by normal society it is almost promoted as something good. But spiritually and the effect of it, I just don't get it and I see the benefits of it. Indeed a bit depressing but gladly I do not have to go there haha! Enjoy your day today!

@@post.mischa what do you mean is promoted as something good? Porn? Well, I am not sure about that. It's seen as quite normal nowadays. That's good, I think. I mean, its, like with anything, important how much influence it has on you or if you use it as a 'destructive' coping mechanism. I am not quite sure if I did understand your comment je righ way. And well, my other words were not about consumption of porn but more abour general 'as common and normal' seen consumption, copings and ations :). Lucky one your are that you can stay away :).
