Thank you for sharing. I also believe that meditation comes in many forms and it’s about being fully present in whatever you are doing and not getting involved in the story of the future and past. Like you said this can easily be achieved through art etc. but also with ‘smaller’ things like brushing your teeth. I’ve come to appreciate inner silence a lot and I realized that most thoughts are either unnecessary or even counterproductive as they usually take you out of the presence and make you judge what is through the filter of personhood rather than being the observer. I too love traditional meditation but I try my best to not go into it with any expectations that’s when the most profound things happen and sometimes just 1-3 minutes is enough to calm down and receive an intuitive message❤️
