Sorry to hear about your granddad, you’ve had no luck with the birds in the last 18 months what was the problem with the birds ? Take 12 months out re charge your batteries . Soak the the loft in verkon s Good luck in the future 👍🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

Good luck get yourself a nice team of yb just train them up then go with them as old birds

Sorry to hear that, hopefully you get back on your feet soon. My advice would be stick to one or two fancier and stick with their birds. Don't restock from loads of different lofts.

I'm planning to be very selective on what and where I bring birds in from. I do think I went wrong to start with by accepting birds from everyone, and I'm sure they all had the best of intentions too!

My husband .lost his dad 5 weeks today he got him to pigeons it's been very hard keep doing pigeons your grandad would be proud of you take your time life can be hard you come ok soon take care we missed you

Don’t give up my friend trying to make things that makes you happy and especially what you were doing racing pigeons. It makes you happy makes you feel good. Just redo it. Make a new start brother don’t give up Jesus never gave up. So you’re trying to do the same thing. Do not give up. Take this comment as inspiration think about it. Sorry to hear about your grandad, and glad your not giving the pigeons up. Get a nice team of young birds and you will have loads of time to train them and race them, why wait until next year just enjoy them.

burn often spray down regular nothing worsh than wood nastys inbed in it aspecially winter if your loft not bone dry good luck
