I remember the old comfy couch and your big mug of tea!! It's lovely to see where you are now. I'm super happy to see that you are on a journey that is helping you move forward in a calm and confident way. I looove watching you with your horses they are a true reflection of you and your new training. It is a joy to see. Boundaries are essential in life. I'm going to try and find that podcast you did 😁❤️

I love that you are putting up boundaries and respecting yourself as to not discuss everything! I’m so happy you are getting the help you need, I think therapy changed my life 😌 wishing you all the best of luck!

OOohhh, Yes, the old Couch lol. Dang I feel like a serious OG now. I suffer from PTSD, panic attacks, massive anxiety sufferer as well. There is NO REASON to feel like you need to tell the audience anything about your struggles, that is your personal story. I have really enjoyed watching you grow and learn over the years plus I really like watching the horses develop. I know travel is a problem for you, but you are always welcome to come visit sunny Northern California (we have a spare room....) and trail ride anytime you want! I'm backing my nearly 3 yr old PRE (Andalusian) Stallion this spring!! Been doing ground work with him since I got him as a feral 16 month old. He walked in from the arena with 35mph + winds yesterday like a sweet kitten! My 12 yr old Arabian gelding was an idiot lol. Really enjoying seeing the Vlogs again ! 💞💞

This is so important to talk about anxiety and mental health. As.a child I really struggled and was lucky to have parents who took me to therapy to help with coping mechanisms. I still use them to this day as an adult. My impression is that in the UK therapy is still stigmatized which is so unfortunate because brain health just as important and the same as all body health. Anxiety can be so debilitating and isolating and you’re right, so easy to build your life around it out of fear of the dreaded “panic attack.” Great to see you moving forward and taking positive steps to help make you stronger and healthier. And bravo for sharing, you’re making such a positive impact!!!

There is no "Normal" there is only an individual, personal version of feeling "Safe". You are a smart girl and - though that makes it even harder - you are working your way to "Safe" and showing others the way in the process. Good for you. By the way your channel was what got me into watching equestrian KZbin channels of which I now subscribe to many of them. I am happy you are doing a 'reboot". Please consider a reboot of your intro. I can't help but think every time you insert it into into your video edit it must bring up a whole host of thoughts, memories both good and bad. It brings them up in me and it's not even my life or channel. It can be a trigger. You've changed, you've grown...new into? New music? And lastly, your channel and content is strong. It can sustain whatever pace you decide to post. Whatever timeline works for staying... "Safe". Best to you❤

Well said! No one should ever feel that they have to unpack something publicly if they’d rather preserve theirvprivacy. We’re all entitled to that. Good for you to doing hard work to figure out what’s going on with you. Resolving those issues privately is all that matters.

SO happy to see your vlogs again! I've been diagnosed with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and OCD. I feel you, girl! Going into grocery stores were the WORST, ugh. Been in weekly therapy for last few years and its been the best investment of time and money I have ever made. Absolutely brilliant tools have (and continue to) come from it and I am in such a happier, healthier, balanced place :D Keep up the great work!

I have way too much stress in my life, horses also stress me out but they are not my work or lively hood so despite being stress from the horses it just doesn't trigger me the way other outside pressures do. My parents being sick and our care-taking for them or in-ability to care-take when working stresses me out, and my immediate family stresses me out because I am a parent ad its a lot with older kids. With the horses I had some spook on me a bunch this winter and it escalated into me being super nervous on a horse very quickly so I am just working to relax myself and not be scared even though nothing bad at all happened and I am making sure to just ride the same horse every time now, but when I have a good ride with him I feel exhiliterated. Now when I have a bad ride with him I am learning how to manage myself. he doesnt spook much but some days I just can't get him to go, and now I am saying to myself.. its okay to not have a good ride maybe its not a good day for him (he's older) and lets just go walk in the woods or walk around bareback and not worry about trotting and doing all the things. I think the horse anxiety is actually not horse anxiety but my real life spilling into it (however having a few bad rides was true, but it was mostly school horses). Real life is hard, we have so much input and things happening. I think in our modern lives we honestly have way too much going on (and I like to do many things).

I can scarcely believe how much I have missed your content and I am almost too happy to see your return. As a long-time (63 year old) subscriber from Ontario, Canada I feel it important to mention that while we are not exactly close friends or family, I think your subscribers support you unreservedly. I don't need to know all your personal details for that relationship to continue, I like when you share what you feel you can and respect what you feel you cannot share. I hope you will continue at your own pace and I understand if you need a break from time-to-time.

I remember you doing a blog a few years ago when you were really struggling with the anxiety and mental health issues. I know from personal experience what a "winding road journey" it can be and congratulate you for taking the steps needed to address "IT" (Check out cute and insightful books by Bev Aisbett, an Australian cartoonist, writer and public speaker, who documents her journey in a clever, witty way) I'll repeat what I posted in your previous blog; "You are not alone and by being honest you have done something wonderful for so many people who struggle in silence. I have been one of them at one point, but luckily have got help and things have got easier. It hasn't happened overnight, and it's taken a lot of hard work, but it's certainly worth it. Good on you for being so brave. Your insight and acknowledgement that there is a problem is a major step. It manifests in so many different ways for different people...but the idea of being judged, of not being good enough, of public embarrassment/humiliation, of being "out of control", of being out of your safety zone, and on and on and on....is all about being human. I wish you well with your journey THROUGH this...avoidance is not the answer...you shortchange yourself and miss out on so much of the joy of life". Cheers from Australia Carol
