If I'm doing a big trade-in, I do drop and go on the app, drop it all in and tell them I'll be back for anything that fails in a week and normally get a phone call from them within the next day or two if anything fails. It means I'm not waiting around to have to go back again the same day and means that they can put time aside to test it properly. Some stores are more efficient and get it all processed within a day, some take a few days. With the shop not taking more than 2 of the same game, that's normally per day, per store, so if you go again you can likely drop it in to trade or just go to another CEX store the same day.

Yes planning to do another few trips and will be popping into the bigger CEX in town who normally have way more staff on.

Nothing has really changed I'm registered as a ltd company and pay tax same as any other company on the profits made.
