Just cut out silicons and sulfates out of my routine and ordered three styling products (Shea moisture curl milk and the smoothie one but also the Cantu custard to use as a gel kinda) hope these products wok out for my hair as well as they do to yours

Marcos Barrera I do use a garnier fructis one, it’s called Aloe Hydra Bomb and it doesn’t contain silicones from what i know. I also use it to cowash. If you can find them, get your hands on the nature box conditioners, they have cold pressed oil in them and silicone-sulfate free

Brother thanks for talking about that I switched from Cantu to Shea moisture and I love it. The only thing I kept with the curl custard from Cantu. I’m someone that has had acne from a kid and now with having great skin I have to stay on point with washing my hair three times a week and what products I use. I workout a lot as well and have notice breakouts on my face thanks for sharing.

@@DrJames_YT shampooing, getting it wet and rinsing it is fine but I don’t recommend using shampoo every day especially if it’s not sulfate free (sulfates are stripping products in shampoos that dry your hair out)

Yea you just gotta be consistent wit it and do some research on the products. Also if your around 13-15 that’s better cuz hair usually tends to change its texture during puberty so the short answer is yes your curls will come back but maybe not as curly as it was from when you were a baby

Like there is raw Shea butter,Jamaican black castor oil,100% Virgin coconut oil,coconut and hibiscus, and African makeuna honey.
