Hey....so here is my story: I never liked science that much but due to less grades( I got 88% ) and pressure from my parents, I finally chose PCB.I wanted to go into commerce but honestly? It was kind of a rushed decision and I have almost no idea of it. But I know for a fact that I didn't want science. However, in the end I kinda decided to choose commerce and do bcom then ca if not then MBA. But then my parents put me in the same science institution where my best friend got into.They said that, I wouldn't get any good commerce colleges with my Marks and also due to this Corona problem so I gave up at last. But then, now I got to know that my other friend, with whom I decided to attend the same commerce college( coz we both wanted commerce), got into symbiosis. Now am feeling very upset for not even trying.And my father paid the fees so I cant change now too. Can you give me any suggestions?

Firstly thank you !!! A very big thank you to you for sharing this with us !! My story is definitely the same as yours and for the past 3 years I used to think it's me who's can't accept challenges ! I felt like a bloody failure! When you're surrounded with stereotypical beliefs, it makes you so weak that you start considering yourself worthless ! A good percentage in class 10 turns out to be the biggest crime for all those creative hearts who wants to be different !! Everyone around me said you are made for science but deep down I always knew I never belonged to that ! I went into depression, seeked therapy and even today I feel where did I actually go wrong ! My parents, teachers, so called loved ones didn't believe in me and threw me in that rat race. But today I feel glad that I took the decision and dragged myself out of science. I've chosen a business major in college irrespective of the push that everyone gave to me to pursue engineering !! But now I'm at peace and it will take time for me to get out of this dark phase but atleast there's progess and that's what matters ! It's very hard to find the right sets of people who can actually relate with you, rather than showing sympathy !!! Thank you so very much for this one and anyone who needs to hear this must know choosing your desired field is the best thing that you can contribute to your life as well to society !! It's worth fighting for your dreams !! Never lose hope, eventually you'll find the environment that is made for you ! Much power and Love to all those who are fighting for themselves !!!

Like shuru shuru me 11th me bohot maza aata tha science padhne me aur interesting bhi lagta tha...lekin jaise jaise time beeta waise waise mera interest bhi khatam ho gya aur ab science se nafrat si ho gyi hai....maths to kaafi zyada pasand hai lekin physics chemistry nhi..... Aur abhi hm 12th class me hai and i am thinking what to do next.....coz engineering hmse bhi nhi hoga.....and mere papa ne bhi almost 2 lakh rupye coaching me laga diye hai..... I want to confront him and say that nhi hogi hmse engineering but kuch mind me aa jaata hai aur hm kuch nhi bol paate.....mujhe bhi guardianship achi nhi mili....mere mmy aur mama hmko sarkari naukari hi krwana chahte hai lekin hmko usme bilkul interest nhi.....i think now i will be able to focus on my studies better after seeing your journey.... Bro it is the exact story of mine. I m a student of class 11 and i have opted for science due to similar reasons. I have gradually lost interest in science especially because of chemistry. I have enough potential to crack 11th but not with marks i think i deserve because I scored 89% in my class 10th and being overconfident did science. I had a clear vision that i was meant for business but my guardians as well as teachers guided me to still opt for science as they foresaw it as a safer way to secure life and abt business they thought that it can be done even after science by any random person whether he/she is educated or not. I dont have any frustration related to the ones who guided me bcz i know that they did that ultimately for my good but the thing is, business and management is all i saw in my dreams and mental thoughts. Thus, i will now work harder to clear 12th class and then choose a commerce field. I just had a cunning thought that who else will me more fool than me who was given time but still chose for this. Genuinely your this video made me very stress free and made my denser path clearer than it was before.
