Always be true to yourself... so many successful "artists" lose something of themselves because they think their audience expects them to be a certain way (and sometimes the audience does expect just that) and it traps them into being something they're not. Sometimes when you grow you may lose some of your audience = growing pains... but there will be old ones who stay loyal and eventually new ones who join in. Never let your audience's expectations (perceived or real) determine who you are. Always be you.
