Great topic and video. I also wear them for the added protection as well for supporting a wet diaper. They really help keep the diaper from sagging and keeps it up next to my body to prevent leaks. However it has taking many different brands and sizes to find just the right fit that work for me. These Carer brand are very good quality and work very well for me.

The best adult size baby oants to me are the Edley Langs, they're cut baby shaped but bigger! I have several and wear diapers and rubber pants like a baby due to a spine injury. I crawl cause its easier and have a huge playpen. The only thing about Edley Lang pants is they are hard to get, the maker has issues on average it may take several months on an order! But worth it!
