WHY I WENT TO INDIA | SPIC MACAY CONVENTION

This video is about my reason for going to India. Spic Macay is a Convention held at IIT every year, which promoted the culture of India. We attended it this year with a group of 71 people, here is my experience about this year's convention.

Simple living and high thinking. That's how an average Indian lives. You were provided Dal Roti & simple room because this is how you can live and understand Indian culture & lifestyle best. And if you still feel the guilt of not having AC room.... Remember! Sundar Pichai also stayed here for many years and ate that dal roti. So be simple and sorted and try to practise AHINSA by following vegetarian diet 5-6 days a week. You will definitely notice the changes in your life. Cheers..!

ठाकुर सुबोध सिंह राणा not all iits are up to the mark, Moreover there is no point of joining a top IIT if you aren't getting a branch of your preference and you take up branches like agriculture just to be an iitian. It's high time engineering in India becomes about engineering and not about iits. They are great institutes (top iits) , but even I left IIT kgp for another college because I wasn't getting a preferred branch. So please refrain from giving such generic statement
